Join Our Team as a Full-Time Product Development and Business Coordinator in Manassas, VA!
Your Mission:
As Product Development and Business Coordinator, your mission is to enhance operational efficiency, drive business development, and support the creation and growth of innovative products. You’ll work closely with our Facility Manager and Director of Product Development to ensure that processes run smoothly, regulatory standards are met, and product initiatives are successfully executed.
Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like:
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Business Development to support growth in Business Development, Marketing, and Sales, helping introduce and promote new products.
• Oversee testing programs and environmental compliance support, insuring all necessary permit-related samplings and tests are completed.
• Provide essential support to the team by managing safety training, administrative tasks, and documentation.
This job is for you if you:
• Have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a science-related field, such as biology, chemistry, or environmental engineering.
• Bring knowledge of composting processes or biological processing of organic waste streams (an asset but not required).
• Are skilled in using MS Office, ECS, and ERP systems.
• Pay strong attention to detail and are accurate in data entry and information management.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have strong planning and organizational skills.
• Are a pragmatic problem-solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Thrive with a proactive and independent attitude, are open to learning, and value quality in everything you do.
